Absolutely. In fact, we recommend all first-time clients start with our Introduction to Reformer Pilates class. This beginner-focused session teaches you how the reformer works, proper technique, studio etiquette, and foundational movements so you feel confident before joining our regular classes.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene. Don't have a pair? We have them available for purchase at the studio.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class so we can introduce you to the reformer, answer questions, and get you settled before class begins.

Most classes are 50 minutes, giving you a full-body workout while fitting into your busy schedule.

Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a $15 fee or the loss of your class credit.

In many cases, yes—with your healthcare provider's approval. If you're pregnant, please let us know before booking so we can help determine the best class or private session for you.
