Studio Bodhi is a high-intensity, low-impact workout performed on our Sculptformer machines. Classes combine strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and core work for a challenging full-body workout.

Not exactly. Our method is Pilates-inspired but uses a Sculptformer for a slower, stronger, higher-intensity workout with an emphasis on controlled movement and time under tension.

Not at all! Beginners are welcome. Your instructor will explain the machine, demonstrate movements, and offer modifications throughout class. -
Bring water and wear comfortable, fitted workout clothing. Grip socks are required and will be available for purchase at the studio.

New clients should arrive 10–15 minutes early for a machine introduction. Returning clients should arrive at least five minutes before class.

Classes are 50 minutes long and designed to deliver a complete, efficient full-body workout.

Please consult your healthcare provider before attending and let your instructor know before class. We can offer modifications, but private instruction may be recommended depending on your needs.

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a lost class credit or a $15 fee for unlimited members.
